Working Towards Change, a student initiative of the Head Toward College Foundation, was developed to encourage and provide opportunities for high school students to engage in social service activities to expand their learning and make a contribution to their community and around the country/world through small acts of kindness, by developing and implementing community service projects, and fundraising efforts.

Students a place to volunteer.
Students a chance to develop projects.
Students respite from the stresses of high school and the college admissions process.

Since its inception in 2021, WTC has grown to 100 student members and has implemented over ten community service projects.
